Booking Information

We require a non-refundable £200 deposit upon signing our function contract to secure your reservation. The full balance of your event is due 1 month before ‘the big day.'

In the unfortunate event of cancellation the following penalties will apply:

• 12-6 months notice – 25%
• 6-3 months notice – 50%
• 3-0 months notice – 100%

Cancellations must be in writing and will take effect from the date received by the hotel. Postponement constitutes a cancellation and will be treated as such.

Final numbers of attendance must be submitted 1 week prior to your function. Any reduction in these numbers will remain at full price. Additional guests will be accommodated subject to availability.

The prices on this website are valid from 1st September 2007 to 31st August 2008 and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% we reserve the right to apply an increase to these prices without prior notice.

Prices are reviewed annually and are subject to change should there be any alterations in government taxes and the imposition of any new statutory payments. If you are booking your function two or three years in advance you should expect that there will be an increase on these prices.
